What do I add to my profile?+
Add your name, location, experience, CV, photo, and short video introduction. Your profile stays ready to reuse across different applications.
How does the video introduction work?+
Record in Say HELLO or upload a video you already have. Aim for about 30 seconds, keep it under 45 seconds, and replace it later when you want a fresh introduction.
What are the compulsory steps to apply to a job?+
For every application, your CV and video upload, along with basic criteria are required to apply. It takes just a few minutes and you can apply for multiple roles with the same profile.

Look for Lucy's training videos as you go through the platform. She will guide you through the process, with advice and real life sample videos.
What does the employer receive?+
When your application is ready for review, the employer can see your profile, CV and active video together instead of receiving only a CV.
Who has access to my video and profile?+
When you have succesfully uploaded your CV, video intro and clicked apply, your application will only be viewed by verified and credible hospitality employers, who may offer you an interview.

How do I know what happens after I apply?+
